Responsibilities:
Strong MS SQL database design and tuning skills (Index/table and SQL code) Knowledge of and ability to install, configure and tune clustered MS SQL servers A strong understanding of the Windows Operating Systems at a systems administration level Ability to collect, analyze and summarize requirements from multiple constituents and design a database/storage infrastructure solution (network and storage arrays) that allows for future capacity growth and performance scalability Requires a resource who can work with the business owners and technical owners of a project/application in a team environment Manage operating databases and related technologies.
