EMPLOYMENT STATUS Full - Time ABOUT THIS JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Develops and manages execution of operational improvement strategies and action plans.
Leads program to ensure compliance to company operating standards and procedures.
Participates and/or leads operational performance reviews with clients.
Plans and leads the successful introduction of new technology into field operations.
Job levels are determined by geography, job proficiency or experience, product/service system complexity or some combination of these factors.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
10 years experience in field operations, and/or engineering PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions Ability to effectively manage team execution of simultaneous short term and long term projects Knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing, operational execution, and talent development.
