EMPLOYMENT STATUS Full-Time Regular ABOUT THIS JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate opportunities and strategies, ensure activities are meeting overall objectives, and escalate issues/risks Interact with Finance PMO to facilitate model or changes to data sources Utilize latest profitability model to develop quarterly opportunities, strategies and tactical actions with core team Work with Directors to set short-term, medium-term, and long-term pricing goals, cost-to-serve strategies and tactics Drive change management efforts to accelerate results achievement including, but not limited to:
Business processes changes and training Maintain a results scorecard for benefits tracking.
Work with team to redefine strategies as needed Initiate specific projects (when necessary), implement business process changes and best practices ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years relevant work experience or Master's Degree with minimum 8 years relevant work experience or PhD with minimum 6 years relevant work experience.
Knowledge of sales and operations processes (customer interfacing experience preferred) Financial acumen with P&L knowledge/experience Ability to negotiate Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery) Project management knowledge/experience OTHER DETAILS COMPANY OVERVIEW Baker Hughes is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer nullJob:
