See below for brief requirements Assistant Manager - must have prior Management experience in property management.
Yardi and OneSite knowledge preferred.
Leasing Professionals - should have excellent customer service and sales experience.
Knowledge of leasing is a strong plus! Maintenance Supervisor - require previous technical and management experience in a maintenance capacity.
HVAC certification required.
CPO certification strongly preferred.
Maintenance Technician - require previous property management maintenance experience, HVAC certification required.
Groundskeeper Housekeeper - Greystar requires successful completion of a detailed background check to include drug screening to be qualified for employment in all positions Greystar is an EOE and DFW.
