Banking Center Manager - West Texas

Banking Center Manager responsibilities include:
Overseeing, leading, and directing one or more branches with regards to operations, sales, and regulatory compliance to meet assigned lending and deposit goals.
Developing programs to maximize branch profitability, minimize risk, and to improve customer service and product knowledge.
Reviewing branch reports for compliance and accuracy.
Administers personnel and salary policies.
Meeting or exceeding assigned branch core deposit goals.
Analyzing branch expenses and implementing strategies to reduce overhead.
Who Are You? You also bring the following skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Ag Business/Economics.
Eight or more years of agricultural lending experience along with banking management experience.
Strong knowledge of banking management techniques and lending concepts.
Proven ability to manage retail sales team to achieve threshold activity levels and performance goals.
Prior active involvement in community organizations.
Proven leadership quality with strong ability to supervise and instruct.
Proficiency with banking computer systems and related software is required.
