Job Description The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for the execution of Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer client expectations.
Daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead is expected.
We achieve optimal results by implementing the Anderson Approach, which consists of Collaboration, Pre - sell and Awareness,Implementation, Reporting and Post Reporting.
Sales Merchandisers are responsible for executing merchandising projects to display products at a variety of different retail accounts within an assigned territory.
Merchandising and execution of allassigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
Maintain account aesthetics and consistent aboveaverage project execution compliance.
Perform product/fixture/display/modular resets, setPOP and signing appropriately.
SP Certified to perform all available functions.
Knowledge, detailed understanding and consistent useof all available functions of handheld device.
Sell future programs and promotions to storemanagement.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 75 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs, in addition the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking.
Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers.
It will additionally entail bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility.
Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs.
Work a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift based on store requirements.
High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
Access to webcam preferred.
