Job Description Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Assist in developing and facilitating corrective action plans.
o Be competent in the use of software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Be expected to effectively and professionally communicate, verbally and in written form, with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in order to perform the duties of this position.
o Be thoroughly familiar with, understand, and assist in the implementation of all of the business policies of the company, in order to support and enhance the working environment.
o Understand and perform the processes as described in the position's written operating procedures and work instructions.
o Collect and analyze performance data for objectives in comparison to established goals, and introduce improvement measures.
o Host customer and registrar audits.
o Assist in the development of system documents such as operating procedures and work instructions that are needed in the field operations area, and support the implementation of such.
o Serve as a liaison with external parties such as vendors, customers, registrars, and regulatory agencies.
o Conduct company business as directed by the HSE Manager and HSE Director and further develop the system in accordance with the company's mission and quality objectives and goals.
o Travel as necessary to conduct company business and represent the company in matters pertaining to the system.
Education The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
