Because of rapid growth in our Surface Field Services Business Unit, we are searching for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work in our Odessa Super Center facility. In this role, you will cover the San Antonio, TX; Bossier City, LA, Broussard, LA and Oklahoma City, OK regions. To be successful in this role, you will originate and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. In addition, you will help develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company Job description Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Manages new Hire orientation process You will have the responsibility of leading and directing an additional HRBP resource to include establishing goals and strategies, developing career path, assisting with Learning & Development, and ensuring accountability of meeting deadlines and quality of work requirements. Ability to function in a fast paced, ever changing work and business environment Coaches, counsels and trains Managers/Supervisors on the new hire process, HRIS usage, employee performance and employee relations issues Administers the compensation program, which includes developing position descriptions, performing job analysis, analyzing salary surveys to monitor internal equity and market competitiveness and monitors the performance evaluation program. Plans and executes special projects as assigned by Human Resources Manager. Keeps abreast of latest trends and technology related to human resource functions. Recommends continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Participates as an active member of leadership team in Odessa Defines HR metrics Collaborates with the management team with a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and implements change Travel required - up to 25% You are meant for this job if Bachelors and/or Master's degree in a related field. 5 years of Human Resources experience. Experience in Technical Industry preferred Ability to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. SAP experience a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of TechnipFMC personnel, as well as external suppliers and organizations. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
