Frac Field Trainer for Odessa, TX

Responsible for delivering basic employee skills, operations, driver or other related training.
The Trainer will have a good command of standards, policies, procedures, and techniques for both operating, driving and supervising in Stimulation (fracturing/acid) operations.
Essential duties include the following:
Instructs employees on a variety of training topics ranging from Basic Employee Skills, Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment to Driver's training, both in class and in field.
Evaluates and certifies district employees for the following positions including, but not limited to Equipment Operators, Drivers, Service Supervisors, etc.
Works with HSE and Operations routinely to understand HSE and operational issues and amend training as required preventing future issues.
Performs wellsite visits for developing training material, auditing evaluators / standards and providing On the Job Training (OJT).
Develops mentorship coaching points for operations positions from Equipment Operators to Service Supervisor.
Keeps records of training materials, evaluation and position cards according to company policies.
Other duties as assigned.
