Summary:
Our Guest Service Associate is responsible for servicing and assisting all MCH patients, families, and personnel from arrival to departure.
He or she will handle all storage of guest equipment, transporting guest safely to and from their vehicles and the health system.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and have a genuine spirit for servicing guests in a warm and helpful manner that exceeds their expectations.
Primary responsibilities include transporting patients, visitors, and guests between their vehicles and the hospitals facilities.
Maintaining a mapped-out route and time schedule, washing and cleaning carts, and ensuring the safety of all guests during each transport.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
Must be at least 21 and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Location:
Medical Center Health System Patient Experience Schedule:
Part Time, Day Shift, 8am-12pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
