Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations - Daily tasks of entering job estimates, issuing Invoices & P.
O.
's to Customers & Vendors - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and payroll - Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Proficient in Quickbooks Online - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles - Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note:
