-Must have strong negotiation skills.
-Go out and do sales to flower shops, grocery stores and restaurants.
-Help with deliveries - Learn to use the cash register - Be able to take orders from customers and input them into the system.
-Be the right hand of the manager.
-Some light cleaning where needed.
-Have great customer service skills.
-Be able to wear multiple hats -Process flowers and wash water buckets -Put customer orders together -Must pay attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -clean driving record - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous sales experience is preferred but not required - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals is beneficial - Technical sales experience We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
