Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Learn about and demonstrate an understanding of hemp and hemp-derived products, including the features and benefits of each product Use product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right product for them and recommending upsell products that fit the customer's needs Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system Ability to count and record store inventory Packaging products for shipping for online orders Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and products to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications:
On-the-job training is available for inexperienced applicants Previous experience in retail sales and/or hemp/cannabis industry is a plus Excellent communication skills in English.
Bilingual communication is a plus Ability to learn and retain detailed information about hemp products and their various uses Note:
