Job Description:
We're in search of a dynamic leader to lead our Odessa Service Center, acting as the driving force propelling our operations forward with seamless coordination across all aspects of our workflow.
Your role will involve orchestrating activities spanning the shop floor, parts department, sales, and front office, with a focus on surpassing targets for quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and safety.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong service-oriented mindset, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage daily and weekly activities, handling both rush and routine orders Foster continuity between sales & service departments to consistently meet customer expectations Maintain a well-organized and safe workplace environment Delegate tasks effectively and review daily schedules to prioritize work Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues, enforcing company policies and procedures Monitor work in progress and oversee appropriate stocking of parts based on usage Supervise and review purchasing, job entry, pricing, quotes, sales orders, invoices, and related duties Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers, supervisors, employees, and executive management Cultivate a positive atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and professional development among staff
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compressor repair, service, and/or manufacturing, with a proven track record of leadership Natural leadership abilities, coupled with a strong sense of urgency and knack for efficient task completion Proficiency in machining, understanding tolerances, dimensions, drawings, compressor valves and other compressor components Job Type:
