Your daily responsibilities include:

Summary:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and installs PC systems, hardware, software, and PC peripherals.
Understands commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Loads specified software packages such as operating system, word processing, or spreadsheet programs into PC.
Monitors system functions to verify correct system operation.
Answers employees inquires in person and via telephone concerning operations.
Monitors problem-tracking system and solves issues as they arise.
Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
Replaces defective or inadequate hardware.
Performs cable pulling and installation of both Category 5 and 4-wire phone lines.
Escalates major problems to senior IT personnel for resolution.
Learns and applies knowledge on current hardware and software improvements and packages.
Required to be on-call.
Ability to listen, follows directions, and learns new tasks.
Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and supervisors Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Qualifications Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must qualify for licensing with the New Mexico Gaming Commission and New Mexico Racing Commission.
One year certificate from a college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Results oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and team members.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from others.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work unsupervised.
# PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, stretching, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.
Working in small, confined areas, with floors, which are or may become slippery in the process of conducting work activities.
Lifting from 50 to 75 pounds to stack, store or move materials, supplies and equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
