POSITION SUMMARY The Instrumentation and Electrical (I and E) Maintenance Operator will focus on the I and E aspects within the Maintenance group.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance on electrical equipment and distribution systems.
Maintenance on instrumentation equipment.
Perform periodic inspection, calibration, trouble shooting and repair on electrical equipment, distribution system and instrumentation equipment.
Install, upgrade, suggest and conduct modifications as approved.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience 2 years experience in the field of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation in Industrial Facilities such as Gas Processing or Refining.
Or technical certification in process control instrumentation.
Working knowledge of process control instrumentation.
Working knowledge of electric motor controls and medium voltage control systems.
Good working knowledge of industry standard communication protocols (DATAHWY, CONTROLNET, MODBUS, DH
and HART) would be a plus.
Experience in Gas Measurement and Gas Turbine Controls would be a plus.
This position interaction with personnel in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and IT departments.
Education, Training and Certifications High School diploma or GED required Associates degree is preferred Proficient (perform with limited assistance) with Microsoft Excel, Word and SAP.
