The Lead Buyer Services Sourcing will be responsible for the fulfillment and cost of externally sourced components.
This position will report functionally to the Quinn Site Sourcing Leader and operationally will serve as a member of the Service Operations Leader's extended staff.

Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:

Be accountable for meeting goals around services parts availability, supplier OTD, and deflation across in sourced material for Quinn Pumps :
Manage the supplier qualification efforts for all outsourced parts including facilitating cross functional teams consisting of Supplier, Engineering, Planning and Sourcing Quality :
Implement supplier on time delivery fulfillment metrics to assure supplier delivery performance of 95 or better on time delivery :
Deliver 10 deflation for sourced parts on a year over year / total cost basis to support 30 Minimum Contribution Margin goal of services organization :
Manage assigned SAP requisition queue by placing POs in a timely manner and maintaining POs to assure supplier promise dates are aligned with customer want dates :
Collaborate with Service planning and extended sourcing team to support on financial growth opportunities and improve responsiveness to customer needs, while maintaining compliance to supplier qualification and sourcing process / procedures :
Track in:
transit material to resolve any potential delivery issues :
Partner with Sourcing Quality team to drive defect reduction and quality initiatives Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Supply Chain (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a Sourcing role) :
Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing / Planning / Services Operations experience Additional Eligibility
