00/hr Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities of a Bartender include:
o Preparing drinks to industry standards o Presenting all food and beverage items in an efficient and personable manner using the designated serving styles o Maintaining a knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep time o Maintaining a knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees and desserts o Recommending drinks and up selling when appropriate o Entering drink orders into the POS o Collecting payment and making change in a timely and courteous manner o Washing and sterilizing glassware o Preparing garnishes for drinks o Maintaining a clean and well organized work area Job Requirements The minimum qualifications for this position are:
o Must be at least 21 years of age o Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy o Possess a basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits o Must be familiar with standard drink recipes o Ability to stand, walk and move around during entire shift o Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money o Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice o Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends Source:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
